"I am a performing and recording artist of the Native American Flute, living in the Mid-western region of Turtle Island. Over the years I have struck up friendships and acquired flutes from some of the most gifted flute makers; however in concert I play flutes from three artisans. Dennis Hawk's flutes are likened to the Great Buffalo that once roamed our Great Plains delivering grace, beauty and a magnificent spirit to the audiences. Hawk's flutes are produced with meticulous attention to tradition, they are perfectly tuned and have the most incredible voice.

Dennis is of Cherokee and Mesquakie descent, therefore it is no wonder that he is gifted, and his spiritual ancestors have enhanced his sacred instruments.
His creations are born with peace, harmony and healing for all peoples and all nations.
