Aanji Bimaadizi: The Four Day Life Changer is a workshop that is held once a quarter in conjunction with the equinox or solstice. This is a four-day workshop focusing on growth and change. The workshop begins on Thursday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon.

My friend and teacher once told me to celebrate the seasons and to pay attention to the changes. This practice has been incredibly rewarding.

Ziigwan –Spring Equinox: New Beginning.

New Beginnings are always a possibility in the cycle of life.  However, taking that first step toward change is not always easy. This workshop offers tools to go beyond procrastination and move closer to the fulfillment of your dreams.

Niibin
– Summer Solstice:  Strengthening Relationships.

This workshop takes us to a core Native American belief regarding the importance of all of our relationships.  Creating good relationships means overcoming obstacles. Learning to work through these obstacles will be at the heart of this workshop.

Dagwaagin – Autumn Equinox: Letting go.

New opportunities cannot be experienced until a decision is made to leave old thoughts and habits behind. Leaves fall from trees allowing for new growth to emerge in spring. This workshop will offer you resources for letting go.

Biboon
– Winter Solstice: Growth through Adversity.

Adversity is neither our enemy nor our friend.  Adversity is our teacher. When there is adversity, healing, growth and change are beginning. This workshop will introduce gentle and natural methods of healing that are gifts from Native America.
